with Chef Lucas Karlsson

Lucas Karlsson was born and raised in Sweden to a Swedish father and an American mother, spending his school years in Sweden and summers on Cape Cod, MA.

His culinary journey began at 19 in a beach shack in Massachusetts, sparking a passion that led him to cook in five different countries and several U.S. states. Most recently, before joining The Blue Point, he trained at a prestigious culinary school in Switzerland, specializing in traditional French and Italian cuisine. After graduation, he completed an internship at the Michelin-starred restaurant Nathan in Antwerp, Belgium, where he honed his skills in modern French and Belgian cuisine with Asian influences.

For this special dinner, Lucas will blend his international culinary expertise with the familiar flavors of his Swedish heritage.
